R/C Plus Team Driver Agreement

 

Length of Sponsorship: Sponsorship is for one season from _______________and expires on _____________; a team driver must renew application 30 days prior to expiration date for renewal consideration.  Renewal applications are available from the team manager or owner.

 

R/C Plus Team Driver Code of Conduct

1.      Promote good track manners at all times.  !!!Very Important!!!

2.      Assist fellow racers and beginners on and off the track.

3.      Convey a positive image of R/C racing to the general public at all times.Where rcplus shirt and or hat while at races and in all photos!

4.      Respect your fellow team members and other racers.  Address inter-team conflicts in private, and NOT in public.

5.      Promote R/C Plus and R/C racing in general at all times.IE Where shirts at races and in all photos

6.      Maintain positive image of R/C Plus at all times on and off the track.

7.      Recommend customers to purchase products through R/C Plus.

8.      Sponsored purchases are for your personal use only.

9.      Support local, State, and Regional races by active participation as much as possible. Compete in at least 1 ROAR Regional or National every year!

10.  Team drivers must participate in a minimum of 50% of ____________ Series races and 50% or more of _______________club races.

11.  Team drivers must stay up-to-date on the latest technology/products and rules and inform team owner of new products or rules changes in timely manner.

12.  Team Drivers must follow track rules at all times no mater how small, whether or not you agree with them!

13.  If any deviation is to be granted to the above codes, please let team owner and/or team manager know in advance.  Please give adequate time for owner and/or manager to review.

 

Team drivers engaged in one of the following act will cause immediate termination:

 

1. Any evidence of disorderly conduct, substance abuse, excessive foul language and/or physical violence in or out of pit area at any given race.
2. Destructive behavior. Example: If you are having a bad race, DO NOT take anyone out, drive your car full speed into a wall or walk off drivers stand before race is finished.
3. Under normal circumstances, team driver must participate in all qualifiers and mains regardless of qualifying placement. Drivers will where team uniform at all times at race track and in all photos!

Violation of one or more of above Code of Conduct will      automatically terminate the driver from the R/C Plus Team.

• Race fee $5.00/ class all the time (R/C Plus club events)
• Race fee 1/2 off/class for series race at R/C Plus
• You have to pay full retail price if you purchase the last item on the wall!!
• You must preorder large items.  No discount on limited supply item unless it was preordered.
• Extra kits and radios etc may be purchsed if to help promote a new class.
